All Prices quoted on the website are subject to confirmation by email from Bucklesafe of availability of stock in Australia once we receive your order. In the event that we can not supply, you will be informed of the delivery timeframe and price change if there is one and given the option of a refund if there is a change in price. (the reason we state this is because we have been caught recently with the Australian Dollar changes whereby when if haven’t already had the stock in our own warehouse, we have been charged higher prices that in our own wholesale price list due to recent exchange rate changes).

Our Website prices and offers may vary from instore prices due to website specific sales and promotions. These promotions and prices will only be available online and not in our store. Prices subject to change without notice. Sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

1. Membership

1.1 Only individuals may be members of the Bucklesafe Club. Membership is free. A person who wishes to become a member can join in the ways provided by the Bucklesafe Club which is via the online website or in store, and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all Bucklesafe Club offers.

1.2 A member will be bound by the Terms and Conditions upon acceptance to join the Bucklesafe Club and on acceptance to join the club allows for Bucklesafe to communicate with you via email, mail, phone or SMS.

1.3 A member must notify Bucklesafe immediately of any change of address or of a lost or stolen membership card. Bucklesafe is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card.

1.5 Bucklesafe may terminate a membership in the Bucklesafe Club without notice for any reason.

1.6 A member may terminate his or her membership in the Bucklesafe Club at any time by giving written notice to Bucklesafe or by unsubscribing and any remaining spend of the member’s card will be cancelled.

1.7 Bucklesafe Club Membership and are not transferable, and remain the property of Bucklesafe

1.8 Bucklesafereserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and at our absolute discretion By joining the VIP Club you are authorising Bucklesafe to communicate with you via email, mail, phone or SMS. At anytime that you would like to stop receiving communications, you may choose to unsubscribe.
